SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Standard Ground shipping within continental U.S. $ 4.50 US for first 10 items, then $ 2.50 for each additional 10 items. Applies to "Intimates" items only.

We also offer express and overnight delivery. Please email us or call 805-646-3636 if you would prefer one of these methods.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with the items you buy from us. Returns allowed for size change only for unused and unworn items. Please return your items within 10 days of receipt. Simply return your items in their original packaging including the packing slip, and send it to the address below using a trackable and insured shipping method. Plush Surroundings is not responsible for items we don't receive. All other unworn and unused returns are for store credit only.
